do hands, arms, upper body, or legs power the golf swing?

golf swing
mpgmich asked:

I have been playing golf for over 40 years, very inconsistently. i often hit iron shots fat, my tendency is to hit irons on the outer 1/2 of the face (nearer the toe than the sweet spot) and most often pushed. My background is baseball which i believe causes incorrect hand and wrist movement through the golf swing. Baseball is a much “whippier” movement, snapping wrists through impact, driven by the hands. Wrist snapping through golf impact is a disaster.

Golf on the other hand from what i can gather is much less about hands and more about using upper body rotation to power the swing.

Are there any good videos, drills i can do to reinforce the correct hand/wrist movement?
